How we can help
Our team can assess how effectively your eyes align, focus, track and work together.
We take the time to understand where symptoms occur, whether during reading, screen use, study, sport, driving or other visually demanding activities. We may also assess depth perception, eye movements and the ability to maintain comfortable vision over time.
Depending on the findings, support may include an updated glasses prescription, specialised lenses, prisms, visual strategies or further assessment for vision therapy where appropriate.
Our goal is to make vision feel more comfortable and efficient, rather than leaving your eyes to perform a daily tug-of-war behind the scenes.
Tips for your visit
Bring your current glasses, previous eye reports and any information from teachers, occupational therapists or other health professionals if relevant.
Make a note of symptoms such as headaches, double vision, eye rubbing, loss of place while reading, closing one eye, poor concentration or discomfort after screen use.
For children, it can be helpful to bring examples of schoolwork or describe any concerns noticed during reading, handwriting, sport or homework.
Book the appointment at a time when you or your child are usually well-rested. Tired eyes can make symptoms more noticeable, but extreme fatigue can also make a detailed assessment harder to complete.
